    Hi Ray

I'm not entirely sure what you are looking for. There is an outline of the meeting structure on this site.

The meeting falls into 3 Key Sections:

Table topics - 2 minute impromptu speeches on topics selected by a club member

Prepared Speeches - typically 3 or 4 speeches of 5-7 minutes duration based on "projects" outlined in the manuals

Evaluations - Feedback on the speeches.

There is also a general introduction and an outline of the roles [bear in mind that whilst members know all about these roles, introducing them provides simple speaking opportunities for members and reinforces the principles]

Finally there is a close out and awarding of ribbons for best Table Topic, Best Speech and Best Evaluation. Achieving certain points in the process also results in the award of a ribbon.

As you know, we ask guests to introduce themselves and give feedback if they feel able.

I hope this answers your question let me know if you need more information

Hi guys. One of the points I mentioned in my feedback both to Nick Hough directly and on this site as requested was about agenda information delivery to guests. Nick mentioned that that could be seen to in order for a guest - like myself - not to be overwhelmed with too much info when I get there. Is there anyone here that could supply such information to me before the meeting tomorrow via PM or so. That would help greatly, before seeing you guys tomorrow. Ray
