In his talk, Noel will explain KCC's 'civic hacking' programme, inviting ideas and views from the audience on how Kent developers can get involved.

Alternative methods of animation
In an exploration of alternative methods of animation film production, Astrid will examine the working process from storyboarding to editing outside of a traditional studio set-up; the importance of collaboration; and finding alternative sources of funding and distribution.
