Hello everyone.  My name is Nick Della Valle and I have been a Jersey City resident for almost 10 years.  My fitness credentials include:

Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC)

NSCA-CPT

Boot Camp specialist (Have led outdoor workouts for 2.5 years)

Qualified TRX group trainer

Digital Kinetics offers group exercise classes that take place in Jersey City, NJ.  I also offer Hybrid Personal training through Gain Fitness.  Hybrid Personal training is more affordable than standard personal training and you still get a real trainer, the same quality of programming, and an even greater level of accountability.
