Saturday Morning Boot Camp

Join us Saturday morning in Hamilton Park for a fun, challenging, full body fresh air workout.  It's never the same twice.  We need a minimum of 6 attendees to hold the event.

There are two ways in which you can give back to this group:

1.) Contribute a modest $5 donation per class.

2.) Bring a new friend once per month

    Hi Nick! Can't quite commit to Saturday this week, I have a wedding out in Long Island Friday night-- if you don't see me on Saturday I will be there Sunday for sure!
