Grassroots Indoor Boot Camp

We are continuing the Boot Camps indoors for the winter. As always it is a full body high intensity workout utilizing some equipment and our bodies.

Checkout the Grassroots website for more. We are there starting Dec 1st.

There will be another day per week included.

$200 for the winter or $10/class.

    Warm up - 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 pushups,5 back lunges per leg, 5 windmills per side, 10 situps, 5 reach throughs per side

    7 minute timed circuit -

    50 rope jumps, 8 walk-out pushups, 15 split squats per side, 30 crunches

    Do the following circuit 4 times -

    Sliding Disc Mountain Climber - 40, 15 situps, TRX Row 10

    Plank, 3 sets of 1 minute, 15 seconds
