Yi Jiang Nan, the sweat memory of south Yangtze River…This is what I would translate It’s been so long, but I’m still memorizing this restaurant Yi Jiang Nan, one of my all time favor!
Yi Jiang Nan is hidden in the Soho area of Sai Wan Ho, serving the best HuCai, namely Canton cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Beijing cusine and Shanghai cuisine. I love their Beggar Chicken, a very famous cooking style for chicken, and many more interesting dishes… you can rarely find these dishes still serving in other part of Hong Kong.
