Hi Mark,

Time to re-visit the payment issue. I feel guilty that you're still paying for this service that everyone else is using.
I'll be honest, I really don't want to pay the full amount, but if we could get 3-4 other people to pitch in I'd be happy to share. Has anyone else brought this up?

My kayak and I are traveling down the coast and should be in Santa Cruz about the time of your posted paddle. As I am not familiar with your area, how would I contact you? And where is the launch site?

Hi Mark,
Sorry about the long delay. I would consider it, but a month ago I developed SERIOUS hip pain. It's way too painful to kayak. I'm having a hard time just getting around, sitting at work, sitting in a car, etc. So far the medical folks are clueless; I have no idea how long this'll take to get better (if it does). If I can get this thing healed, I might go for it. If it takes too long and you want to dump the group, just tell all the hard-core paddlers to join WSK. Cheers, Patrick
