In Las Vegas? HUNDREDS. Off-Strip, on-Strip, all over the LV Valley. But the following are the places I'm dying to try. (1) Twist by Pierre Gagnaire @ Mandarin Oriental Hotel. (2) Joel Robuchon @ MGM Grand. (3) Guy Savoy @ Caesars Palace. And the rest are in alphabetical order. Bartolotta @ Wynn; Bouchon @ Venetian; Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House; e @ Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; Le Cirque @ Bellagio; Raku (only did a limited buffet ONCE); Sage @ Aria; Scarpetta @ Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse @ Golden Nugget.
I've done MANY food and wine events. I have my faves. But ones I haven't done? FOOD: Many come and go here in LV, far too expensive for me now. WINE: I've done the annual Wine Spectator nationwide fete, 2014, but it's far too expensive to return.
TOP 3 CUISINES: New American, Italian, Mexican. DISHES: WAY too many to mention.
Lifetime food-centric (starting with mom's forward-for-1960s cuisine). Oenophile & mixology-crazed 20+ years. 1970s L.A. punk rocker, seen 1500+ music acts live, worked with a few, still see live music. And constantly broke due to the aforementioned!
Diverse membership. Interesting locales. A fun group. Worth joining.
