Brunch at Wild Ginger in Cool Springs - their sushi is served on Sundays!

Wild Ginger is a refreshingly distinct fine dining experience located at the heart of Cool Springs-featuring an eclectic blend of Pan-Asian, South American, and Western cuisine in the Pacific Rim style-with succulent selections for all palates, including the popular miso seabass, braised short rib, and a wide array of signature maki and tapas.  Let's try their brunch!

Their brunch consists of traditional items such as steak and eggs along with all you can eat waffles for $10.  Part of their dinner menu will also be available to us including their classic maki for 25% off the normal price I was told.  There is no valet parking on Sunday, and they can do separate checks for us.  Please look over the map as I drove past it the first time.

Our RSVP policy "When you rsvp yes for a meetup, we ask that you attend or change your rsvp to “no” no later than 24 hours prior to the event. This will allow an opportunity for other members to make a reservation/move from the waiting list to going or allow the event host to call the restaurant and lower the reservation number if necessary. If a member habitually doesn’t attend a reservation or cancels a few hours before the meetup which hurts the chances of others to attend, we may have to remove that member from the group. We also ask that members are courteous to staff at the restaurants we frequent to ensure our group will be welcomed back. Thanks!"

This was my 2nd time to this restaurant so I made sure to order something different. All was great once again. I tried sushi with eel in it and even tried Dereks yummy spicy edamame beans. Bob ordered a salad and WoW was it yummy and huge enough to share with our small group of 10 and he still had leftovers. I think bobs desert was better than mine, the Caribbean or at least it was prettier! It a pricy place but I will be going back!
