ADVANCE NOTICE OF MOVIE TIMES: AMC Theaters posts movie titles and times on TUESDAY, for Saturday and Sunday shows. For this reason, I can only provide a 4-5 day advance on the exact times for the events.
MOVIE AND DESSERT/DINNER: Before the show, look for us at the "Guest Relations" counter at the theater. We'll take our seats 15 minutes before the show starts, so please make it on time so you can sit with us. If you don't make it on time, we'll look for you in the auditorium.
PHOTO: You must post a photo of YOURSELF (no cartoons, pets, etc.) on this website, so everyone can recognize you at events. Also, please take time to answer a few questions about your movie, dining and availability preferences to help in planning events.
ATTENDANCE: If fewer than 3 people RSVP "YES" for an event, the event will be cancelled.
This is a co-ed group for all ages (but no smoking please).

DISCOUNT TICKET/CONCESSION PLANS:
FANDANGO
http://www.fandango.com/visasignature
You can use this link once a month until September 30, 2010. It says you need to use a VISA signature card (for example Chase Freedom) but it works with both of my VISA cards and only one of them is a signature card. The deal is buy one AMC ticket, get one for the same show free. This is a pre-buy ticket for a specific show and you print the ticket at home.
AMC MOVIEWATCHER
http://www.amcentertainment.com/moviewatcher/
It's free to sign up and they send you a credit card style card in the mail. You use it when you buy tickets at AMC theaters. The card works at the ticket counter and the kiosks too. You get freebies in three ways.
-The first way is that every time you purchase a ticket you'll get at least one coupon printed with each ticket for some kind of concession discount like $1 for candy, free small drink, and every Wednesday you get an extra coupon for free popcorn.
-The second kind of freebie is via email. The current email promotion is an email link for a coupon for half off a large popcorn and soft drink. The email coupons are usually pretty good. I've had them for buy one get one tickets a few times.
-The third kind of benefit of the card is the point system. Every time you buy a ticket you get 2 points (max 4 points per visit). The Moviewatch web site has a table of all the rewards mostly for free drinks and popcorn but at every 30 points (30, 60, 90) you get a coupon good for either a free movie ticket or a free large popcorn and large soft drink (your choice). At 100 points you get a "Night at the movies" coupon good for a free ticket, small popcorn, and small soft drink.
Your organizer will refund you if:
