UPDATE: Hi everyone, I'd like to take this opportunity to help out Operation Blankets of Love. **There's no fee for this event, but it'd be great if you could bring any new or used pet-related items** Operation Blankets of Love (OBOL) is an award-winning non-profit 501(c)3 public charity. They collect, transport and distribute recycled and new pet-related items to comfort stray, sick, neglected and abused homeless animals in shelters, rescue groups, sanctuaries and foster groups. In addition, as an Emergency Response Team, they partner with those organizations to provide relief and comfort to animals that are displaced or endangered by catastrophe.

The weather has been unseasonable warm recently, so why not take advantage of it with the first softball game of the year? It's still a bit early to forecast the weather, but so far it looks like it should be nice. I'll keep tabs on the weather report, but assume that as long as this event is still up, the game will go on!
After a couple games of 9innings (time permitting), we'll head off to Sunday Bistro for some grub. Please bring cash so we don't have to worry about juggling credit cards.
Please note that there is no leading off, stealing, or bunting allowed. Also, no sliding head first into bases. See you Saturday!
Who:
First 31 professionals to RSVP. We'll head out to lunch at Sunday Bistro afterwards for those who worked up an appetite.
Where:
Sequoia Park
750 Ridgecrest St
Monterey Park, CA
When:

I look forward to meeting you soon!
Upping to 31 as Taison customarily allows that many. Not increasing the list beyond this, however. See you all Saturday!
Oh wow. What a coincidence I might be there early in the morning doing Tai chi. I might just stay a little longer and say hi to everyone.

Looks like most everyone is interested in getting lunch at Sunday Bistro after the game. Might do 2 games of 7 innings so we can finish before noon and go get food. In regards to softball gear, if you have it, please bring it. If you don't, there's no need to purchase one. We should have enough gloves and bats for everyone judging from the number of people who said they had gloves.
