Sunday Training: 3-mile Run+ Community Stretch+ Brunch at M Street Kitchen

Hi Everyone,

Join us for a short 3 mile walk/jog/run along the beautiful Santa Monica beach. Once we are done with the run, we will be enjoying a community stretch on the grass along Palisades Park. After that, we will all head into Santa Monica for a delicious and sensible brunch to rewards ourselves.


Here are the logistics:


• Meet by the wall where San Vicente Blvd. and Ocean Ave. meets in Santa Monica @ 9am
• DON'T BE LATE (extra pushups & sit-ups if you're late) - get there early to look for parking.
• Free parking on the side streets & metered parking on Ocean. (meters accept credit cards)
• Wear a hat, put on lots of sun screen, bring a water bottle & a beach towel for the community stretch.
