Happy New Year Tina, I hope your week is off to a good start for the new year.

As usual, it was fantastic to see you again after a 3 1/2 years absence (serious? haha). It was very nice to catch-up with you as we took a rail ride down south to Oceanside and SJC. Hope to have more spontaneous meetup events by Joo as long as it comes with a good ocean view. Keep up the good work and don't have too much fun without me (hehe).
