These classes include practical instructions on how to meditate, reduce stress, improve relationships, and deal with the challenges of daily life. They are usually presented in a series format but each class is complete in itself, so you can drop in to any class. Classes run for an hour and a half. Drop in any Sunday at 10.30 a.m. No special clothing is needed. Cushions and chairs are provided.
