These classes are suitable for beginners or more advanced meditators. They include practical instructions on how to meditate and use Buddha's teachings to reduce stress, improve relationships, and deal with the challenges of daily life. Classes include discussion and time for questions. They are usually presented in a series format but each class is complete in itself, so you can drop in to any class. Classes run for an hour and a half. All welcome.
Time: Sundays 7 p.m.-8.30 p.m.
Cost $10 (discount cards available - any 6 classes for $50) Nobody is turned away for lack of funds
