These classes include practical instructions on how to meditate, reduce stress, improve relationships, and deal with the challenges of daily life. They are usually presented in a series format but each class is complete in itself, so you can drop in to any class. Classes run for an hour and a half. Drop in any Tuesday at 7 p.m. No special clothing is needed. Cushions and chairs are provided.
Cost $10 (discount cards available - any 6 classes for $50) Nobody is turned away for lack of funds.
