Learn the basics of how to meditate or improve your existing meditation practice. Experience the feeling of inner peace and relaxation that meditation brings. We will find out how to create a time and place for meditation within our busy lives. Drop in any Tuesday or come to all. Each class is complete on its own. No special clothing is needed. Cushions and chairs are provided.
In each class there will be an introduction, two guided meditations and a short talk.
