Most of us get caught in familiar thought patterns that we’d rather not follow. We follow thoughts that keep us stuck in the past, worried about the future, or distracted in the present. It’s rare that we feel centered or grounded in the moment. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could learn to “unfollow” the thoughts that cause us so much discomfort and discontentment? If we could learn to ”follow” guided meditations that eventually help us to maintain peaceful states of mind, moment by moment?
In this series, we will learn and practice three breathing meditations: 1) mindfulness of the breath, a basic breathing meditation, 2) mindfulness of the breath combined with imagination, and 3) a special breathing meditation combined with mantra recitation.
