We all face many challenges and joys in our busy lives. Please join us and begin to develop a more peaceful mind. Each class will be practical and interactive, involving both meditation and discussion.
Classes are well suited for newcomers as well as more advanced practitioner. The classes mostly run for an hour and a half. They include practical instructions on how to meditate and use Buddha's teachings to reduce stress, improve relationships, and deal with the challenges of daily life.
They are usually presented in a series format, but each class is complete in itself, so you can drop in for a class at any week or branch.
