Now that the new year's resolutions have faded and we have all gotten back to reality, it's time to get some good balance. How? By doing a solid yoga session!
Yoga can be practiced with several goals, like relaxation, strength or becoming more agile. During this session at Sukha Yoga we'll be doing Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa is one of the most well known and popular forms of yoga these days. It means 'flow' or 'movement'. You will flow from one position to the other, that way you are warming and strengthening your muscles. It's a very accessible way to start practicing Yoga.
Afterwards we'll be drinking a nice cup of tea and a mega healthy vegetable juice to complete the circle. By the way, Sukha means 'happiness, joy, bliss', so we will all leave the studio with a big smile on our faces!
