Tour of Marywood Academy

This will be a very interesting tour.  The buildings are amazing. Sister Michael Ellen is their historian and will give the tour.  It will be about 1 1/2 hrs.  They also offer a buffet lunch afterward for $7.50 per person.  If enough of us would like to do that I can call them and they will arrange it in their conference center.

A north-looking view of Marywood Academy, taken from the long drive leading off E. Fulton St., shows the four-story building set on a vast expanse of lawn. The portion of the building to the left of the central section housed classrooms and sleeping quarters for boarding students; the area to the right was living quarters for the nuns; and a chapel was located on the first floor of the central section http://www.historygra...

The tour was well coordinated, including the update on the road construction on Fuller Ave. The host/tour guide was very consider in her research of interesting material and was well prepared with her informative presentation.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
