Tantalise the taste buds with the aromatic dishes of Kashmir, India.

This evening enjoy a three course meal from the Kashmir region. 

Kashmir in the Himalayas is famous for its cool climate and produces an abundance of fruit (especially apples), nuts, mushrooms and of course Saffron. Kashmiri chili powder is a really rich red but not so hot and adds a lot of colour to the food.  These ingredients are reflected in the regional cuisine which we will share today.  

Appetizers: Poppadums with chutneys 
Starter: Baked bell pepper stuffed with mildly spiced vegetables and cashew nut. 
Main: Kashmiri Dum Aloo (potato in a rich tomato gravy) with Naan  + Mushroom Curry served with Kashmiri Pilau rice. 
Dessert: Apple crumble with saffron ice cream (Kashmiris are not big on desserts so we do a fusion ) 
Drinks: Non-alcoholic/soft drinks.

Chai or Coffee.
