Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular (Roger Williams Zoo) - Heads Up!!

This year I am adding this as an FYI - there is no set date or time as it is a month long event. Being a night shoot among a crowd we would stand little chance of working as a group anyway. It is a great event and if you have never been it is certainly worth a look.

Remember - No flash allowed (you really dont want to flash them anyway). I am not sure if tripods are allowed though they may be a hazard in the dark among the crowd.

The show is on for the month - please share your pics!!

Hi Matt - found this on the site regarding tripods:

"Can I take photos and/or videos of the Spectacular?
Flash photography, tripods or monopods may not be used as a courtesy and safety measure. Otherwise, yes you may take pictures as long as you do not impede viewing or the flow of traffic on the trail."

Last year they allowed monopods, just not tripods.
