Shakespeare’s own “Game of Thrones,” King John is filled with secret alliances, corruption and greed. It’s a poetic and powerful tale of a country’s struggle to unite under a single legitimate ruler.
Admission is free. Self-seating will be allowed on the lawn after 5pm. Picnic-style setting, bring your own blankets and beach chairs. Shakespeare by the Sea theater company provides a list of things to bring....check out the list, it's very helpful.
Claire's will be open for Happy Hour. Or, you can get set up with your blankets and chairs and enjoy a picnic while you wait for the performance to begin.
Per museum staff, this is a very popular event. It is recommended to be AT THE MUSEUM AT 5PM. Seating is VERY limited. I would consider this meetup to be much like other "concerts in the park." Find a spot, and hope you see others from the group. The museum will be open with free admission, and Happy Hour will be in effect, so temper your timing accordingly.
