Our group is designed to help investors take advantage of strong investment opportunities in Denver Metro real estate.  We meet as deals become available, meaning, we may meet just once one month as opposed to several times another.  If you have an idea for a meetup and it's not an actual deal... no problem, we welcome your ideas. 

 

Investors - Join our group to find out about wholesale opportunities and access these deals quickly!  Don't worry... we don't expect every property to be a fit so don't feel bad if they don't all catch your eye.  When you see a property you like, come check it out or get in touch for more info!  Whether you're ready to buy or just looking our members are always happy to answer questions and help any way we can.

 

Wholesalers - We invite you to post deals and meetups as you have opportunities become available.  This group is about connecting investors with investment opportunities, whether they are our deals or yours.  All we ask is that you don't post deals that have been marked up from another wholesaler.  We want to make sure our group members have a fair look at the bottom line.

 

We encourage all our members to ask questions and share information, tools, and resources between one another.  Feel free to start new discussions as you feel necessary!
