This is a group that will be interested in making lifestyle changes. Those who are serious about changing their lives in a Healthy, Positive, and Holistic way. We will encompass many topics, ranging from Weight Loss to Mediation, Stress release to lifestyle changes. The focal point of this group is to help people make more informed choices about what kind of lifestyle they want to live. We will meet once per month in the beginning, and possibly Bi-Weekly as the group grows. The location and time will be determined in the near future.
