Transitioning from full time JOB to full time Real Estate Investor

Tired of that J.O.B (Just over broke) and ready to become a FULL TIME investor? Well this is the meeting for you! Come and listen to our panel of recently converted full timers as they tell you what they did RIGHT and WRONG in the transition. These entrepreneurs all left GOOD 9-5 jobs and are all much happier in their new found successful real estate careers! Ask them questions and learn from them First up is:

Won Song- previously he was an accountant and became full time in 2006. His business is about 50% wholesaling 30% rehabbing 10% and 10% mentoring new investors.

Lindsay Gordon-Lindsay started her career as a math teacher. She is now the COO of Note Alliance which manages and invests in distressed 2nd Mortgages. She is also a Realtor and has rental properties.

Paul Lizell-Was a business development officer at a bank and has been a full time investor since 2005. Paul is a licensed Realtor and buys properties at auctions for wholesaling, holding and flips. He also creates and sells  mortgages on his properties.

Scott Redilla- was an IT network engineer who HATED his JOB and has been a full time investor since October 2013. He focuses on Fix and flips and new construction.

This will be eye opening for those of you on the fence and cant decide when to make that leap. And if you are will have some goals to aspire to. Each one of these investors are much happier than they were in their 9-5's and I don't think any of them will go back!!!

This was my first time at any sort of REI-type of meeting, and it was a very positive experience! I really enjoyed it, although I didn't speak much to others (I was pretty much a sponge, absorbing all of the great info out there). Very inspirational.
