Although divorce is common it's not a topic openly discussed and leaves many feeling very lonely. This is a 6 week structured group run by 2 MFT Interns. Group topics include self care, co-parenting, dating/online dating, communication and regaining your confidence. Don’t go through divorce alone. Come meet other men and women to discuss the challenges of being newly single.
