Tickets are 55.00 in advance and 65.00 at the gate and need to be paid to the event Organizers not our group this is sponsored event outside of D.D.S. I'm simply posting here so our group can join in on the fun.

Who are we? We like to ride motorcycles, camp, eat and have a great time with our friends.  March Moto Madness started as that and hopes to continue expanding the circle to others that enjoy doing the same. What do we do? March Moto Madness began by getting out as early as we could after winter, packin' up the adventure motorcycles and ridin' /campin' with friends for a few days in the mountains of east TN.  Now MMM's been an annual event in Tellico Plains since 2006.  In 2012 the GS Giants,

, a BMWMOA chartered adventure / dual sport motorcycle club, joined us.

We've primarily been dual sport oriented  but the areas great diversity of roads has broadened our range of riders.  Great twisty asphalt (Cherohala Skyway, the Dragon), groomed gravel (the Dirt Dragon) or gnarly single track (trail 81 or 82). Food is always great thanks to Cigar Man Don's culinary prowess and Lt Dan's nearly famous Huevos Rancheros.  The date is set using the Old Farmer's Almanac which is touted to be 80% accurate.  This year we'll be back at 801 Steer Creek Rd, Tellico Plains, TN and there's plenty of room for trucks / trailers, tents and more Moto Madness . Camp is closer to Tellico Plains (nice if you need to make a run to town for beverages) at the site of the Tellico Biker Rally,

.  Make sure to stop and see Mike at Tellico Motorcycle Outfitter's,

and also support other local business' in town.  We're sure a lot of new friendships will be kindled around the campfire this year and stoked again in the years to come.Join usMarch[masked]Tellico Plains, TN

Thanks guys had a great time in spite of weather! Greatly impressed with Rick and Roy riding those big bikes on those nasty roads. I was glad to have my little 300. Hope to see you in a couple of weeks too. Oh yeah the weird concrete structure??:

    • Gary F.

Yeah, I read somewhere that it's part of an old cement plant used for the construction of the dam.

Wow! It was wet and muddy but a bunch of fun.
I know that I earned my new title of "Dirt Biter."
Thanks to Brent for setting up party central at his trailer. Great ride through the Cherokee forest roads led expertly by Jonathan. Great to meet up and ride with Gary and Rick. Sorry that Kevin G missed out on the Saturday ride, but I guess he had signed up for Adventure Napping and Sitting. He had the cleanest bike by far.
    Til next time . . . . .

I'm the guy that is driving a house to a bike rally. Something seems not right about this. But yes I should have plenty of chairs.

I plan on packing the bike and riding in myself....maybe someone will opt to trailer so we can have some firewood, beer, and an easy up and some chairs....if not I will look like a Beverly Hillbilly cause I'm taking a chair!
