Announcing a new Meetup for Docs In Progress (Documentary Films and Filmmaking)!

What: Documentary Trailer Night in DC

When: Friday, September 24,[masked]:00 PM

Price: $10.00 per person

Where: George Washington University Media and Public Affairs Building
805 21st Street, NW Auditorium B-07
Washington, DC 20006

Docs In Progress will be featuring documentary trailers which have been pre-selected from submissions. This workshop-style screening program allows filmmakers who may be at an earlier stage of development with their films to benefit by the moderated feedback of audiences who have traditionally provided feedback on full rough cuts. The filmmakers are looking for audience feedback not only on the effectiveness of the trailer itself, but on the concepts of their films -- tremendously helpful as they continue in production and post-production of their films.
