One of the best ways to ensure that you reach your fitness goals is to have a "fitness buddy" to help keep you on track and focused. On November 30, 2011, Dr. Oz is having the first "Buddy Up for Weight-Loss" all across the country.
Here is how it works:
1) RSVP for the Meetup in your neighborhood. If one isn't scheduled yet, get one started and invite your friends!
2) Print out your "Buddy Up Brochure", available here http://droz.me/u9ur8s . This will help you make the most of your meetup.
3) To help everyone find each other, try to wear "Dr. Oz Blue" and head to the designated meeting location.
4) At your Meetup, set goals, share stories, and tackle weight-loss together. And of course, try to find someone in your group who will act as your weight loss buddy.
