The morning consists of three 30-minute zazen (sitting meditation) sessions divided with 10-minute kinhin (walking meditation) sessions. There is a break for lunch, then we cleanup the center a little ("samu", or working meditation). The afternoon consists of two 30-minute zazen sessions divided with 10-minute kinhin sessions. There is tea and an informal discussion after the sitting. You can bring your own lunch, or walk to one of the nearby restaurants.
If you need to leave at the 12pm lunch break (when our usual Saturday sit would end), no problem.
