Zen and Yoga w/ Nina Snow (Santa Monica)

Nina starts the day with a short, beginner-oriented yoga class followed by zazen. Yoga is an excellent way to get ready for zazen and everyone is welcome and encouraged! There is tea, a talk, and discussion after the sitting. Lunch break at noon, followed by more zazen in the afternoon.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
