Come join us for an off leash walk along Ocean Beach with our beach buddies. Barefoot walking optional. But be forewarned: there's a good chance you'll get slobbered with wet doggy kisses, drooled on, sniffed at and/or get kick-sanded at -- and that's just from the other pups we'll meet along Ocean Beach! Also keep a close lookout for the it-can-happen-any-time wet doggy shake if you want to avoid getting splattered with saltwater.
We'll meet at 10am at stairwell 1 and take it from there. All the pups can be off-leash all the way up to stairwell 21 (look for the large bird sign as the marking point) then we'll turn around to head back so we don't disturb the Western Snowy Plover (a threatened bird species) and at the same time we can keep our playful pups off leash. Remember to bring water and snacks as needed for you and your pooch and doggy bags for cleanup. Restrooms are located across the street at Beach Chalet , 1000 Great Highway (opposite stairwell # 17). There's lots of parking spots along Great Highway and can get crowded/busy on nice sunny days. Any questions email me or add a comment.
See you at Ocean Beach!
