Let's take a hike through the Presidio. It's a beautiful time of year- everything is green, and the park comes alive.
We'll meet at the Inn at The Presidio, and head over to the Ecology Trail. We'll follow the trail past the vista point to the Paul Goode Field, and the West Pacific Grove path. From there, we walk over to the Goldsworthy TREELINE installation- our pups become part of the artwork!. The installation follows Lover's Lane, and a connector path will take us back towards the Main Post to our starting point. I reckon this walk will take an hour and a half or so, depending on how much we dilly-dally. There will be plenty of places for our dogs to stop and have a romping game of chase (either each other, a toy, or their tail. Whatever works).
There's paid parking at the lot attached to the Main Post, and free parking at various spots throughout the Presidio. Muni bus #43 lands about 5 minutes away.
