Yoga in the Park

Class begins with a walking or running silent meditation giving you time to unwind from your day & connect to yourself.  From there you continue this moving meditation with yoga postures, then cool down with a meditative relaxation to bring your body back to equilibrium.  This class will give you cardio benefits & will tone, strengthen, stretch & relax you!
(convenient to the Boulevard exit close to Kitchen 64)

******This is an outdoor class, therefore in the case of rain or lightning class will be cancelled.  If the hourly forecast for Richmond, VA @  www.weather.com says there is a 40% chance or higher of rain during class time it will be cancelled.*****
