What can I say...If you love Doo-Wop then you already know!

I grew up listening to all kinds of music and although I love my R&B; Blues & Jazz, as I child I fell in love with Doo-Wop! I know today it is not easy to find Doo-Wop on the corners anymore but in the hearts of many it stills burns a fire.

So many legends of Doo-Wop such as The Drifters, The Tokens, Herb Cox & The Cleftones, The Chantels, The Orlons; Little Anthony & The Imperials, Jimmy Beaumont & The Skyliners; Speedo & The Cadillacs, The Bobbettes; The Clovers and The Sock Hops are still performing like yesteryear. I have had the pleasure of seeing them all perform live and I was just overwhelmed.

I would like to be able to continue with Doo-Wop by exposing it more to our young ones as well as being able to go out and MEETUP and listen to Doo-Wop live locally and have a good time!

The purpose of this group is to keep Doo-Wop alive within our communities by performance and exposure.
