Hump Day Morning Ride!

We will meet on the east side of D&D at 6:00am and be pedals up by 6:15am. This will be a quick 14 mile ride.

After our warm up, speeds will range from 18 to 20+ mph!  This is a really quick ride and should be completed in 45 minutes or less.

So lets get the blood pump'n before you head in for another day at work!

Helmets & Lights: MANDATORY!

zMotion requires all event/training ride participants to wear a helmet and obey all traffic laws (i.e. respect signals, stop signs, yield signs, etc.).  Use caution at intersections and respect all other road users (other cyclists, pedestrians and motorists).  As a participant, you recognize that cycling is a potentially hazardous activity and you assume all risks associated therewith.

6am it is. Rosario never responded, and my wife Cindy has an early meeting so she can't go. Warming that I'm getting over a cold, so 17-19mph is as much as I can do.

Hey guys, any objection to meeting at 5:45 AM and being pedals up at 6 AM?

I'm riding to the DD from my house. I'll be there at 6. I don't mind waiting.
