We will meet at 6:45am and be pedals up at 7am. Riders must be able to maintain a minimum of 16 mph. If you are a new rider to group riding, please come out and join us.
Distance: 30+ Miles (New riders can drop from the group and return on their own or with others not wanting to put in the miles determined that morning.)
Speed: Warm up (first 5 miles) 16/17 mph, after that group speed will range between 17 - 21 mph and above depending on the group. We will break up into A, B and C groups depending on riders!
Direction of travel: Will depend on the wind.
We encourage new riders to join us and work on their distance and speed.
Helmets are MANDATORY, lights on your bike are optional.
zMotion requires all event/training ride participants to wear a helmet and obey all traffic laws (i.e. respect signals, stop signs, yield signs, etc.). Use caution at intersections and respect all other road users (other cyclists, pedestrians and motorists). As a participant, you recognize that cycling is a potentially hazardous activity and you assume all risks associated therewith.
