Hello my name is Carl. Started riding about 18 months ago when I received a road bike for Christmas in 2010. Started riding laps around the Pompano Air Park. Liked riding so much I ride every chance I can.

What level rider are you? (C Group (Beginner) - 15 to 17 mph, B Group (Intermediate) - 18 to 20 mph, Advanced - 21 to 24, Racer - 24+) these speed are what you can maintain during an entire ride!
