Introduction
My name is Rob, I work at Sikorsky Aircraft in Jupiter. I am married and have 4 children. Ranging from 11-16 years old.
How long have you been riding?
I have been riding now for 1 year, I would say I am in the middle of the beginner to intermediate speed depending on the wind. I just completed my first century ride a few weeks back and have been training for the MS 150 ride coming up in just a few weeks. I ride a 2006 Trek 5200 road bike and I absolutely love it!
What level rider are you? (C Group (Beginner) - 15 to 17 mph, B Group (Intermediate) - 18 to 20 mph, Advanced - 21 to 24, Racer - 24+) these speed are what you can maintain during an entire ride!
16-18 depending on the winds
what is the average distance (miles) you can ride?
40-50 miles About 150 miles a week
