How long have you been riding?
Been road biking 20 years, about 150-200 mi per wk
What level rider are you? (C Group (Beginner) - 15 to 17 mph, B Group (Intermediate) - 18 to 20 mph, Advanced - 21 to 24, Racer - 24+) these speed are what you can maintain during an entire ride!
Usually avg 19+ solo and 22+ with group
what is the average distance (miles) you can ride?
