I live in Boca and work at Zimmerman. Active member of zMotion. And while I love the time I spend on my bike, I absolutely hate what it has done to my golf game.
How long have you been riding?
got back into riding road bikes three years ago.
What level rider are you? (C Group (Beginner) - 15 to 17 mph, B Group (Intermediate) - 18 to 20 mph, Advanced - 21 to 24, Racer - 24+) these speed are what you can maintain during an entire ride!
mostly b. depending on the wind.
