Several years ago one of our moms, Sandi, suggested we use this cool, new tool for connecting families with one another. Well, Sandi, it took us awhile, but the DSACF agrees! It IS a cool tool and the DSACF uses Meetup to post all of its events and activities for DSACF members. We started this so that families in Central Florida with a loved one with Down syndrome, no matter their age, can connect, post comments and learn about our activities for ALL AGES and abilities.

And guess what? DADS and GRANDPARENTS are welcome here, too!

So if you are looking to connect with other parents of adults, or you are an adult with Down syndrome interested in community service with our DSACF-Kiwanis Aktion Club, or you want to connect with families in a specific Central Florida area, with other Spanish speakers, or parents of a particular age group, this is the place for YOU!

If you are not a DSACF member, please consider joining today at http://www.dsacf.org/about/membership... so that we can make sure you are receiving ALL of the latest events and info. Lots of times we are able to offer special discounts, scholarships and financial assistance that won't be posted on Meetup. New parents get a comlimentary membership their first year. To get a new family scholarship, email your name, address, email, phone, and child's name and birth date to info@dsacf.org to get signed up.
