UPON ARRIVAL - You are stressed, so we will discuss "Give Your Stress Wings" techniques so it will fly away. The most courageous participants will practice these techniques and will get the most benefits from this workshop - simple stress relief, yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced.
UPON LEAVING - You are less stressed and have a promise to your body to manage you stress level for the better quality life and longevity.
Julia is a Yoga Alliance certified Instructor from Dayton, Ohio, USA. where she operates her successful Mobile Wellness company. Julia has taught many types of yoga - gentle, vinyasa, restorative, yen and yoga therapy both in private studios and corporate settings. Julia also offers an incredibly energizing Thai Yoga massage. Her intention is to expand her private sessions.
