Thanks for the suggestion. I did check out some of the past meetups. I am not sure this is the right group for me, but will continue to think about it. I have been deeply wounded by religion and have no interest rites that include using the word God. I am familiar with the course in miracles. I have a CD on forgiveness called "Forgive for good" by Fred Luskin of Stanford University. It is very good. Do you think the group might like to review it?

Steve, Earth Angels does not have a base belief system. Most of our members have a given gift that they are trying to understand and utilize to its fullest. We do not force a doctrine so that might be a good thing for you or might not. You are welcome to come visit, our members are welcome to visit you also. Spirit leads and we are fine with it. Hi! I'm a member of an emerging congregation (15 families) in Mason/Deerfield called Harmony Unitarian Universalist Church. We have lay-led discussions during our services, and the topics sound very similar to DTE! I was excited when I found an article about this group in the Pulse-Journal.
