We will start with a cup of organic herbal tea and a quick hello chat as yogis arrive. Then an easy warm up asana (pose) practice to unblock energy lines (nadis), 10 min easy sanskrit chant which is optional so please feel free to just sit and enjoy the vibrations, you might feel like joining in on another day. We will then settle in to our 20min still mind/still body meditation, this week we are helping to clear our mind space and remain centred by counting our slow and calm breath 108 times. If you like to use a mala for this please bring it along. After the twenty minutes I will dong the singing bowl and you can make your way to reclining position Savasana on our mats (or do this sooner if you really need to). I will then speak a visual dialogue meditation and music.
