Introduction
Kathy & I enjoy sharing our passions for raw food, yoga and green living with others. We love all the wonderful foods you can create "uncooking." WOW! You get to eat all that fat and NOT get FAT!! :) Life is Good!
What do you hope to get out of meeting with this group?
We hope to meet and share our time with other people who enjoy preparing and eating raw food.
What type of a food plan are you on, if any?
We now eat 100% raw food, except for the few occasions when we are invited to a friend's who cooks us a vegan meal with love.
What has Your Doctor Shared With You About Whole Foods?
Only that it is more expensive than Trader Joe's! ;)
Would you be willing to share information with the group on whole foods?
