This will be a gathering where we will be supporting each other in Abraham's "30 Day High Flying Disc Process" (described below). We will be listening to/watching some clips regarding this process and check-in regarding our exploration of this process in our unique lives. We will also be playing some games/processes that are inspired at that time. We are going to have such a wonderful deep time fine tuning our journey, feeling more and more connected with our Inner Being, feeling the power of the STREAM, the power of the Law of Attraction, and the power of our WORTHINESS!
We may each be on different days in this process and that is fine. One person might be on Day 21 and another one might be on Day 1 - we will just share our journey.
High Flying Disc Process Summary:
Stating in the evening - "When I wake up I want to feel lighthearted and I want to consciously be aware that I am. I'm gonna stay in that feeling for as long as I can. But just focusing this way is going to help Me. I might fall off, just having this intention in the morning is important. Tomorrow I'm gonna wake up on the high flying disc."
The only value of slumber is a respite from momentum. The best chance of choosing your direction is in the morning.
Upon Awaking - "When you awaken you are reaching for the FEELING of the high flying disc, not the thought.
I'm awake. Am I going to go back to sleep or am I going to get up?
If I am going to go back to sleep then I am just going to drift off.
But if I am going to get up then I am going to direct my thoughts.
I am not going to dread things or get on some track and solve things as I lay in bed.
This is the best opportunity for me to direct my thoughts. And I am going to use it well,
Then you will have more synergy and build momentum.
Your momentum will become more fun and powerful.
You will get hit the ground running
You were born on the high flying disc."
It is natural for me to feel good.
I like feeling good.
There are so many things in my world to feel good about.
I am really appreciating that....
