Film at Brazos Valley African American Museum

Some of us have been sharing stories of desegregation lately, so isn't this film timely!

The Brazos Valley African American Museum will be showing a documentary film, "Strange Demise of Jim Crow."  The film is about Houston's desegregation of public accommodations from 1959 - 1963.

Please, join me in going to see this film.  When it comes to race issues, everything we can learn about the past aids in building the future.

Cheers,

Katie
